Complaints Procedure

We really hope you are always satisfied with our service, if we have let you down in any aspect of our service, please let us know and we will make every possible effort to rectify the mistake so you can continue to receive a great service.

  1. Tell us what we did wrong, you can do this by calling 01274-973039 or emailing
  2. We will acknowledge your complaint with 24 hours
  3. We will investigate your complaint and aim to resolve it within 10 days if we cannot find an immediate solution.
  4. If you are not satisfied with our resolution, you may take further action through the Ombudsman, details below. However, we really attempt to resolve complaints to mutual satisfaction first time.
